We were under time pressure to change several windows according to the city code through a condo conversion and Max beat every quotes we got (over 15 quotes). He and his team were always on time, super honest. It took 5 weeks to order the windows we chose but only one day to install. “The planning department of San Francisco requested me to change 8 existing windows on my Victorian home to original wood windows. The task was overwhelming and almost impossible especially when I started meeting contractors an getting estimates. Most of them quoted me unimaginable prices over $ 20,000 to do the job.
I was lucky to find builder max and to meet with Max. He came prepared with references and pro-folio. He was on time and very professional. He walked me through the process it will take to order the windows and get them installed. His demeanor and the prices he quoted me were very reasonable and I signed with them. He called me to give me follow ups and put my mind to ease while the windows were ordered. He checked on city permits for me. He called me the day of when windows came in and scheduled installation time.
He came in with his crew. They moved and covered all furniture and it took them only one day and a half to install windows and paint corners. They put back furniture and left my home clean and spotless. They scheduled a final inspection with city planning and were there 4 hours waiting for inspectors.
I highly recommend builderMax to any home owners. They will leave your home better than they found it. I am impressed with their work, care, and ethics. 10 on 10 on service and professionalism.
